We instructed Wye Construction to undertake a significant refurbishment of the ground floor of our Victorian home.Works included flooring and ceilings of the existing building and a new build single storey rear extension. We watched Wye Construction complete a large extension on our neighbour's property and were impressed with the finish and attention to detail they achieved. We embarked on the internal restructuring of our property with no plans, just ideas, and this wasn't a problem for Nick. He came up with solutions to enable us to have exactly what we wanted and proposed and inspired us with suggestions for additional ways of using the space.
